Autosuggestion is a technique of mind training generated from each individual, which allows the subconscious mind to accept positive thoughts and goals, and from there engage its dormant power in achieving those goals.

If you want to be in full alignment with your intent, you cannot intend one thing and then expect another thing to happen. REPEAT POSITIVE THOUGHTS Autosuggestion is founded on the theory of repetition. The constant repetition of positive thoughts is used for setting goals, and allows for a direct link between the conscious and subconscious mind, allowing the subconscious mind to affect the conscious mind.
THE SEEDS OF DOUBT WILL BLOCK YOUR WAY FORWARD So it is very important to be mindful
of your thoughts, as it is what you habitually think about that will manifest as
your reality. The seeds of your conscious mind can plant seeds of doubt by thinking
negative thoughts, hence you will reap a negative crop.
ALWAYS THINK IN THE POSITIVE - With constant use you will eventually train your mind to think only with positive autosuggestion: I am always on time, I always feel confident, people like me, I always feel happy. Your positive autosuggestion works just as well as the negative but has the added benefit of making you feel good. Negative autosuggestion WILL make you feel bad.
ACHIEVE WHAT YOU WANT Since your subconscious mind begins to act on any suggestion your conscious mind accepts you can achieve remarkable results with autosuggestion when used properly.
Say "Yes" to the seedlings and a giant forest cleaves the sky. Say "Yes" to the universe and the planets become your neighbours. Say "Yes" to dreams of love and freedom.
