After being asked by the many readers of my book Cosmic Ordering Guide about ways of boosting their self-esteem and confidence I am pleased to offer some free downloads. Please, use them as you wish and without restriction. Usually you would have to buy such downloads, here I give you them free. 

I have added some other free downloads which you might find useful, feel free to download as many as you wish.

All of these downloads are my own produced scripts, it will be my voice you hear. These were designed by me when I was working in clinical hypnotherapy in the '90s. They are on here in mp3 format. 

Please be advised, these mp3 downloads have been converted from original audio-tape, so you may have to tweak the volume up. 

Do not undervalue these downloads just because they are free. Take a look around the Internet and discover how much you would pay for such hypnotherapy audio items. I am simply driven by the requests I have had for such help.

You are advised to read these instructions before listening:

Step 1 – Find a quiet place
This could be any place you find comfortable, but not somewhere public where you might be vulnerable. 

Step 2 – Surroundings
Learn to sit down and relax in surroundings that are comfortable. Remove any jewellery that may irritate you, and draw the curtains, or close the blinds. Just let yourself go, close your eyes.

Step 3 – Become one with yourself
Becoming one with yourself means to become attuned to your inner self.  Please make yourself comfortable. Sit down or lie down. Adjust your clothing so that nothing intrudes on your meditation. 

Step 4 – Breathing
Focus on your breathing:

· Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose . . .
· Retain the breath as long as is comfortable . . .
· Exhale through the mouth slowly and completely . . .
· Repeat for two more breaths, or until you are comfortable

Step 5 – Relax your body (should take about two or three minutes)
If you choose to use them, there are some very good relaxation CDs available from accredited suppliers.

· Start with your face . . . let your jaw drop . . . relaxing
· Feel your shoulders sinking . . . your neck . . . relaxing
· Let your arms go . . . your hands . . . feel at peace . . .
· Your torso . . . your hips . . . letting go . . .
· Your legs . . . your feet . . . your toes … totally relaxed . . .

Give yourself the mental suggestion that you will remember all that occurs during the upcoming session that will be beneficial to your well-being.

Step 6 – Induction technique
Remember, hypnosis is not sleep. You can sit in a comfortable chair, but even whilst lying on the bed or couch you can perform this technique:

· Pick an imaginary spot above your head, and without moving your head, look up with your eyes, through your eyebrows.

· Keep your eyes focused on this imaginary spot, but do not overly strain your eye muscles, and now you can start playing the free download.

When the audio session starts it assumes that you are relaxing and ready to proceed, so it might be worthwhile listening to it on a 'test' basis before using it in relaxed mode.
